All of studioart’s work is guaranteed. We use only the best quality processes and materials in the production of your canvas art images. Similarly the same rigorous quality is applied at each stage through the printing, framing, and delivery process.
PLACING AN ORDER
Once you have registered you can either:
- Purchase online via the secure shopping cart. Simply add the art you wish to buy to your shopping basket and check out. OR

- Purchase by phone with a credit card. Call 07) 55 277 691 with your details and we will arrange everything over the phone.
TRADING TERMS & PAYMENT TYPES
All orders are paid for in full at the end of the order payment process unless special trading terms have been arranged. We accept Direct Debit, Phone and Credit Card Payments.

PAYMENTS
We accept electronic payments by Visa and MasterCard through ANZ’s eGate. We also accept Direct Debit payments into the account above. In addition to Verified by Visa and MasterCard® SecureCodeTM, your transactions are transmitted securely over the Internet using 128-bit SSL encryption and PKI digital certificate authentication.
FREIGHT & Delivery
We currently ship all over Australia and New Zealand by road and air.
Our frieght charges are based on the distance from the Gold Coast to your location along with weight and volume calculations. Postage costs are displayed in the shopping cart at the time of checkout.
Delivery will be made by TNT a National Courier Company
www.tnt.com.au Goods will normally be delivered to you within 14 working days (up to 1 month for bulk orders) from the time of order. An address where someone will be, like a work address is advised as goods to private addresses will be left at the address on delivery.
Please note that if you are requiring delivery of goods to an address outside Australia you will be responsible for any duties or taxes levied in that country.
Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only, and although Studioart.com.au makes every effort to dispatch on time, we do not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time.
ORDER TURNAROUND TIME
You will receive your artwork within 12-14 working days for most orders. Some orders may take longer depending on requirements.
EXCHANGES, REFUNDS & RETURNS
ARTWORK: If for any reason you’re not happy with your studioart order, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right, Please let us know within 30 days for an exchange or refund. DELIVERY: Where your artwork may have been damaged in the delivery process please let us know within 5 days of delivery. Original Shipping cannot be included in the refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Studioart makes every effort to supply the artwork as shown. Variations in colour can occur due to the difference in computer monitors and printed material. Slight variations can also occur in actual dimensions and specifications as to how they may appear on screen, due to different framing or printing medium options.
